As of September 8, 2016, there have been additional duties added for employers with respect to workplace harassment, including the necessity for employers to investigate workplace harassment incidents and complaints.
Bill 168 – The Prevention of Violence, Harassment, and Bullying in the workplace sets out roles and responsibilities of workplace parties with respect to workplace violence and workplace harassment.
